What we are looking for

Medical Laboratory Technologist 

Work involving genetic testing in a laboratory setting (microarray, NGS, PCR).

Position Details
  • Application Requirements: Experience in genetic testing in an experimental or laboratory environment
     

  • Probation Period: 6 months (same working conditions apply)
     

  • Working Hours: 09:30 – 18:00 (7 hours 30 minutes / 60-minute break)
     

  • Flexible Work System: Available (Core time: 10:00 – 15:00)
     

  • Salary: Determined based on years of experience and work performance
     

  • Benefits: Annual salary system, full social insurance coverage, transportation allowance, reduced working hours option (upon consultation), casual dress allowed (lab coat required in lab), regular health checkups
     

  • Holidays and Leave: Over 120 annual holidays, weekends and national holidays off, year-end/New Year holidays, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, paid annual leave (easy to take)
     

  • Training and Development: Step-by-step OJT training, career development support through semiannual interviews, management training for suitable candidates
     

  • Additional Allowances: Transportation allowance (up to ¥50,000/month), overtime pay for hours exceeding 45 hours per month
     

  • Employment Type: Full-time permanent employee (6-month probation); applicants must be legally eligible to work in Japan

Mandatory Requirements
  • Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist qualification
     

  • New graduate applicants (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
